Maxim Behar, the Honorary Consul of the Seychelles Islands in Bulgaria, received his official appointment: a decree from the President James Michel stamped with a red-wax state seal. As early as the beginning of July, the government agreed Behar to represent the exotic island republic in Bulgaria. "The official opening of the consulate will take place in the second half of September. I expect the Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg Gotha and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Passi to cut the ribbon. I also expect a serious business flow between the two countries," Behar said. He is also the Chief Executive of the biggest Bulgarian PR company M3 Communications Group, Inc. The Seychelles Islands are a country in the Indian Ocean with nearly 80, 000 inhabitants whose main income comes from tourism, tuna and cinnamon production. The Islands are famous for some of the most luxurious and extravagant resorts in the world.
