Book of condolences in honor of the former president of the Seychelles, France-Albert René

On the 6th of March, The Honorary Consulate General of the Republic of Seychelles in Bulgaria held an event of an open book of condolences in order to pay one last respect to the former president of the Republic, France-Albert René, who sadly passed away on February 27, aged 83.
The Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr. Maxim Behar, personally welcomed the diplomats that came to honor the memory of the president René. The book was signed by many ambassadors, consuls and friends of the island country.
