Honorary Consul General Maxim Behar Pays Tribute to the Emir of Kuwait

Following the passing away of the Emir of Kuwait Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Seychelles in Bulgaria, Mr. Maxim Behar, formally expressed his condolences by signing the condolence book at the Embassy of Kuwait in Sofia.
In his condolence message, Mr. Behar wrote: On behalf of the Honorary Consulate General of the Republic of Seychelles in Bulgaria, the Government and people of Seychelles, and on my own behalf, I wish to express my heartfelt condolences to the people of Kuwait and their family. Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah remains a symbol of greatness and leadership, and the grave loss that this nation is experiencing will be remembered by all who witnessed his devotion and leadership. May his legacy continue with blessings and progress for Kuwait.
