Ambassador Heba Elmarassi is the New Doyen of the Group of African Diplomats in Bulgaria

The ambassadors of the African countries in Bulgaria met at an official lunch in the Egyptian Embassy to congratulate the new doyen of the Group, H.E. Heba Elmarassi and take a farewell with the former doyen H.E. Abdeslam Rharbaoui. H.E. Rharbaoui officially passed on his responsibilities to the new doyen and wished her success in all new endeavors of the Group.
