Mr. Maxim Behar participated in the Annual Assembly of the Federation of European Unions of Honorary Consuls on October 3 in Brussels as a representative of the Bulgarian Association of Honorary Consuls. The event was attended by representatives of many European countries - Belgium, Hungary, the Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia, France and many others.
