Maxim Behar is paying respect to the late Winnie Mandela and signed the official Book of condolences dedicated to the great South African fighter for freedom.The Ambassador of South Africa - H.E. Vanessa Calvert also joined Maxim Behar in his mission as Seychelles Honorary Consul General in Bulgaria.
“The whole world will remember the brave Winnie, which examples will shine on us from the Heaven.”, wrote Maxim Behar in the book.
